HOTEL POLICIES

• Minimum check-in age is 21.
• Check-In time is anytime after 3 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated when possible
• Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible.
• Guests aged 13 and under, at time of travel, are considered to be children. Children stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding. Exceptions apply for some special group rates and packages.
• Please advise exact number of adults and children when making your reservations

PAYMENT POLICIES

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card on the day of arrival (except for specially discounted prepaid reservations). If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
• You may pay by credit card, cash, travelers' checks, or Best Western Travel card upon departure.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Please record the cancellation number you are given for your records. No adjustments will be made without a cancellation number.
• Cancellation policy applies 24 hours before your day of arrival unless specified otherwise on your confirmation notice, such as for prepaid or special group rates.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

• All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
• As currency exchange rates will fluctuate on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange.
• USA currency exchange is available at the front desk.

EXTRA GUESTS

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Exceptions may apply to government per diem rates.
• An additional charge of $10 per night will apply for each guest above double occupancy.

• Rollaway beds are not available at this hotel.
